Campaigns you can read afterwards

Send a message to a phonebook or a segment of your customers, and see what happened to it: sent, delivered, read, replied and failed. A reply counts when the customer writes back within 7 days.

How a campaign works

1. Choose the audience. Pick a phonebook, and narrow it to a segment with tags, fields or a search.
2. Write the message. Text, a picture or document with a caption, or an approved template on an official number.
3. Personalize it. Use {name}, {number}, {email}, {company} and any custom field, for example {order_id}. A row with an empty value is not sent, and is marked with the reason.
4. Schedule it. Send now or at a set time, with a delay between messages.
5. Watch it run. Pause and resume a campaign, and open its list to see every recipient with a status.

Built-in care for your recipients

• Opt-outs are respected. Customers who replied STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or BERHENTI are left out automatically, both when you pick the audience and at the moment of sending.
• One at a time. A channel runs one campaign at a time, and the others wait their turn.
• Plan limits. Your plan has a monthly broadcast limit, and you see how much is left.

Official numbers and templates

On an official WhatsApp number, a campaign to customers who have not written to you in the last 24 hours uses a marketing or utility template approved by WhatsApp. You create and track templates in KonekSip. One-time code templates are for sending a code through the API, not for campaigns. On a number managed by KonekSip, the form shows an estimate of the cost before you send, and the campaign pauses safely if the wallet runs out.
