How it works
A wa.me link opens a WhatsApp chat with your number. When you add a message, it is already typed in when the customer opens the chat, so they only press send.
Where to use it

- In an Instagram bio, a Facebook post or an email signature.
- Printed as a QR code on packaging, a menu or a poster, so people can message you by scanning it.
Tips
- Use the number in full international format. A number that starts with 0 is read as an Indonesian number.
- Keep the prefilled message short and specific, for example the product name, so you can tell what the customer wants.
