How you pay
- Plans are paid by QRIS, in rupiah. A plan is prepaid for a month or a year and does not renew by itself.
- Limits apply per organization. Monthly counters reset on the first of each month, Asia/Jakarta time.
- When you reach a limit, that action pauses until next month or an upgrade. Your data is never deleted because of a limit.
- Upgrading credits the unused days of your current plan. Downgrading shows what would exceed the new limits first.
- The prepaid wallet is topped up by QRIS, from Rp 20.000. The Wallet page lists every top-up and charge, and each paid top-up has a PDF receipt.
WhatsApp message costs
Official WhatsApp numbers can be used in two ways. If you connect your own Meta account, Meta bills you directly and nothing is charged in KonekSip. If your number is managed by KonekSip, messages are paid from a prepaid wallet in rupiah, topped up by QRIS. The same wallet pays for AI.
Price per message in Indonesia. A message is charged when it is delivered. VAT is 11%.

- Replies to a customer within 24 hours: the first 1,000 messages a month are free, the rest are charged at the Service price.
- A message that is not delivered is not charged.
AI replies and summaries
AI replies and conversation summaries are paid by use from the same prepaid wallet, topped up by QRIS. You do not need your own AI account or API key.
Price: Rp 25 per 1,000 tokens, before VAT. VAT of 11% is added on top.
- A token is a small piece of text. A reply is charged by the tokens it reads and writes, so a longer conversation costs a little more.
- When the balance is too low, AI stays off, and the balance never goes below zero.
- Summarizing a conversation again when nothing new was said shows the same summary at no cost.
